War stars are low due to war farming (and no clan interest in warring) previously, this doesn't reflect on my ability to 3 star th9 opposites (been studying ewca big time:) ). Quick question on options available for what to do when hero/heroes are upgrading? Do you need to gem them? Opt out? Or war with just one?

Hi, thanks for your application And welcome to the clan. In regard to your question, we ask you to gem if your heroes are upgrading and we find ourselves in a difficult and potentially tight war. Other wise, if you can attack with a hero down/two heroes down, we are ok with you opting in. Now, if you know that you absolutely can't war/can't put up any three stars with 1 hero down, then you probably should opt out. We leave it to be your decision most times though, but it often is reflected in the number of stars you get. With that, I will shortly PM you more info. Thanks and see you soon.
