All th9-10 peeps will be asked if they could join a clan for them to donate.

You can declare war with all of your TH6 & TH7, then get matched against a 6/7 clan, then OVERPOWER with war CCs.

Spectators can already donate to cc for the attack.

This is exactly why they don't do it...

No. A war spectator has no need to donate to to the war ccs. If you want to donate, then be in the war.

You now have -6 signs.

I will add another no.

I would also like to prevent spectators from seeing what is in ccs and also seeing traps to prevent spying.

Another no. That would be very wrong and exploitable. (Although eventually every clan would have themselves set up to do the same exploit so the playing field would be no different than it is today)

And a big fat "NO" from me as well. Adding this is just asking for trouble
