Donate Spells via clan castle like troops

Hello,
i'm not sure if this has been posted before as i have just got on forums, but is it possible to donate spells via the clan castle? it could be like only level 3 clan castle can only receive 1 spell, and a level 4 clan castle can receive 2 spells, so as to ensure that they don't spam spells on lower bases. or maybe they can are limited to a certain league like (possibly gold maybe?)crystal, master and champion so they don't abuse lower bases for DE. and in case if you think that they can just keep donating spells to KO other people, unless if they have very generous people, spells are really expensive and take a long time to create. there could be a cool down time of requesting spells of about an hour or so, to make sure you don't keep raiding for DE. and your ratio of spells is also displayed in the clan menu, so if the clan leader/co-leader/elder think that your getting to many spells, they can easily kick you out or stop giving you spells. this could be limited to a certain level of clans, like a level 4 clan or above. and there could be a separate storage for spells, since you can drop it anywhere on the screen, unlike cc troops. supercell can work out the chinks, i'm just throwing out the idea. i may have missed a few important points, comment below on what you think. i hope this idea kicks off :). i won't be surprised if it turns out to be a fail though.
and please don't keep saying 'its ruled out.' if someone mentions it, just stay quiet. ill know.

Regardless, yeah, he's correct. I can't find even a mention or hint of donating spells in the Read Before Posting rules thread.

Anyway, it has been brought up, but not that often. Finding a way to keep it from being overpowered has been a challenge.

My idea is that you don't have spell slots in the CC, but use the ones in your Spell Factory anyway. You can't be given a spell type you can't make yourself, but it can be a higher level than what you can make.

That idea hasn't been too popular, far as what little I've heard said, since it still limits people to whatever spell storage they have, but it would be nice to have for when upgrading your Spell Factory while in constant war. Currently (last I checked weeks ago) you can still use spells, but just can't make any while it is upgrading.

Fixed the problem. It isn't ruled out YET. But it should be. I don't want my war enemies getting maxed freeze spells the second they get a clan castle.

OK, wasn't sure. Felt like it could be read either way. I'm not quite up to par right now (actually haven't been for a while), and focus is off.

Already gave my idea of it not being a CC thing, but just a Spell factory thing. Is giving a higher level spell that OP?

What if you could donate spells via the CC, but they took up troop space (25? 30?). Would it be super OP to have a spell instead of a golem?
