note for leader

hi guys.... i have ide for write note as leader not delay. because as a leader in many case need to write note to every clan member. sometime if i use chat they not read what i wrote. so i need note to tell them, whos no online in that time.
right now as leader not different as co-leader in write note, delay 12 hour.

is my ideas is good?

I have players try to tell me problems they r having and it's infuriating if chat is very active they can not let me know what is happening if they will be off line ect as I have kicked layers for being inactive then to find they have had a problem in family life ect
