Legitimate war practice attacks
The idea:
-After a war finishes allow players to run attacks against the oppositions bases, these would be for no/minimal loot and would still cost you your army
The reason behind this idea:
-Currently there is no way to practice war attacks, multiplayer doesn't give you the same ability to scout, plan a base and execute your attack, revenge is way to unreliable due to shields.
-This would give the ability to practice war attacks without compromising war results
-This would give the ability to teach and show other members how you would have attacked a base
Problems/Comments:
-It costs too much: nothing forces you to practice and there is nowhere else in the game you can attack without losing your troops , it would be like practicing against goblin map but real bases
-Someone in the current war might have the same base:You could make it so you can only do these practice attacks before the next war starts, or only during prep day since many clans war back to back. This would also encourage people to build their own bases
-Exploitable using m0ds: I don't know much about what goes on but I would imagine it wouldn't be too hard to code a way to attack and not lose troops in this situation allowing some people to practice faster/cheaper. I haven't thought of a solution for this but at least it doesn't get them extra loot/war wins.
I think of this as glorified goblin campaign practice and should allow people in a legitimate way to experiment with different army comps and also grow as players. Many are now too scared to try anything new in clan wars since if they fail they effect the whole clan.

Another comment on practicing I realize there is some practicing you can do in multiplayer particularly with more generic army gowixx, etc but many of the top war attackers create a specific army for the base and it is this specilized thinking that can't be emulated in multiplayer.
