Elite war clan in the making?

My name is ace and I am th9 with lvl 25 heros and almost maxed defense I am trying to make an elite war clan , and was wondering if anyone was interested in helping or joining , if interested msg me and or just join in game

War strat- we would use clash caller (choose same town hall)

Rules: don't be an a hole
Don't ask for promotions
Donate as much as you can but ratios isn't important as long as you donate
Have fun it's a game but we are very competitive keep that in mind

Requirements for 7
Have to dragons
A barb king

Requirements 8
Have golems
Level 3 dragons
Lvl 3 hogs
Lvl 5 barb king 8
Lvl 5 wizards

Requirements 9
Lvl 20 heros combined
Must have lvl 3 golems
Max hogs
Max loons
Lvl 2 witches
