Does the Valkyrie need a Tweak (to make her more popular)?

Hi guys,

This is just to see whether the Valkyrie should get tweaked or not in your opinion.

Reason for this poll is, that I barely see the Valkyrie on the battlefield, probably being the least picked troop of them all (acc. to my perception). But maybe you guys have a different opinion. So feel free to share your opinion and give your vote :o

Honestly I think Supercell should just remove the Valkyrie, I've never once been attacked by them, I've used them once and hated them. It is just a bad troop. So I think they should either make some big adjustments or remove it.

I guess valkyries aren't very good (unless if defending in CC) but hog riders are even worse.

It's costs 3mil elixir to upgrade to her. And shes expensive. The level 3 barracks needs to be cheaper, and so do valks

I tried to make a comparison of the Valkyrie vs. the Giant. Hope the image shows up.

I did a conversion of DE to Elixir to make costs comparable. Acc. to two maxed drills vs. 6 maxed collectors, there is a ratio of 1 DE : 90 Elix. Based on that, the Valkyrie would have almost 5 times the training costs and close to double the research costs. Also, you can see that her housing space and training time are significantly above giant. However, she has more DPS and slightly higher hit points.

Under the bottom line, I think the most significant difference is that the Valkyrie has no target preference while the giant goes straight for defense building, and her cooking time as well as costs make her very unattractive compared to giants.

But okay, I don't think that the Valkyrie was intended to substitute the giant. However, she does not provide many features that would somehow make her interesting in any gameplay strategy (whether farming or trophy hunting).

I think she needs a special target like defenses or resources

I think to get lvl 3 dark barracks should cost less, make her cost less, give her a special target (I suggest resources to make her more popular), and make it coat leas to upgrade her.

The Valkyrie costs 50k De to upgrade. Are you thi king of the pekka?

I've seen a full army of lvl 2 Valkyrie attack

and it SUCKED

reduce building time to 5 min and she will be atractive!
