He cleared the data of his android phone without saving his village in google+

I also have lost my village that was connected to google. The.village is still active because I can go to my old clan and visit it. I tried an in.game message and have heard nothing back.

I also lost my village for 3 days. I tried to contact the supporter in the game and there haven't any answer for 3 days. what the hell are they doing?:mad:
I messaged them on the 14th. Then again a couple days agao, and sent screen shots. I even tried giving a review that reflected the costumer care issue. Unfortunately it's a fun game so they are not worried about people quiting. I won't be spending anymore money on it that's for sure.
