Shortcuts not working

My shortcuts do not work in coc chat

Shortcuts?

What are these shortcuts you speak of? I never remember anything like that...

Edit: Waitttt, are you talking about the stuff like mute, report, invite? Or something else?

Yes you know, shortcuts. For example you type Ex and it transforms into example. I made new recruiting shortcut but suddenly noticed none o my shorrtcuts were workin on clash of clans

That's just advanced autocorrect, and is OS and device specific. On iOS you have to use a game patch to even enable autocorrect while typing, let alone shorthand. Check your device settings.
