I agree. There should be at least one extra rank. I would put it in between Member and Elder. Co is way to powerful to just hand it to any one. I would do it like this:
Leader
Co Leader (1 or 2)
Elder
High Member or Junior Elder, or whatever you want to call it
Member
Member would be probationary with no admin powers, High member could recruit & accept join requests, Elder would add ability to maybe promote up to High member. Only Leader or Co can promote up to Elder. Only Leader should be able to promote up to Co. Since I started playing, before there were Co Leaders, I have been saying that the rankings need to be changed.

My clan has 16 people. 5 cos 1 elder. The rest are member and they have never left.
I have roughly about twenty to thirty in my clan and I would like to be able to see between my established members to my newer members it also means newer members know who has been in the clan longerQuote:
