I have a problem

So I am not sure if this is the right place to post but a moderator or someone else can move if this to the right section because I have no idea.

Anyway, so apparently someone ♥♥♥♥ed one of my account(and yes it was my fault that I got ♥♥♥♥ed) this person has connected my village to their google account(I never connected my village to google+) and now they are playing on it. He/she keeps spending elixir and upgrading things that I don't want to.

I don't know what to do at this point. I have been trying to contact the in-game support for a week now using the help and contact button but it seems like the support is ignoring me. I have sent about 4 tickets so far, repeatedly asking whether they can unlink this google+ account but still no reply.

So how long does it usually take for support to reply back? I got my name changed a couple weeks ago using support(my dumb friend knows the pass to my ipad because we used to play together and he chose a "Deez Nuts" as my name and I got the support to let me change my name once again) and they answered in just 3 days but now, they aren't answering :(

Any other suggestions? It's my mini TH8 account btw, please help.

Can my issue actually be resolved or not?? I am willing to wait as long as I have the assurance that Supercell can actually help me in this. I understand they get a lot of tickets each day but I am just curious because it sucks to see that "Another device is connecting" message pop-up almost every time I log into that account. I don't want to abandon it because I am actually maxing all the way on that account and it would be a huge waste of time if I just let this issue go.

Is it possible to change your gamecenter password? Maybe that might work? Not sure, but it is worth a shot

I did change the password as soon as I found out that my account was being used(this guy was dumb enough to not change my pass). This person can't access my gamecenter but he can for sure access my account with the linked google+ account. I am just asking supercell to unlink this google+ account so I can keep playing without getting my base harassed.

Right now, it will take forever. Lesson learned sadly. Gotta grin n bear it til they get back to you.

So supercell got back to me yesterday and asked me a few questions about the ownership of my account. I answered the question thoroughly and clicked sent. Now today I got another message from them and they said that they have unlinked this google+ account from my account.

I want to link this account to my dad's android device just to make sure no other ♥♥♥♥er tries to link my account to their gmail if I get ♥♥♥♥ed again. Whenever I try to link on my dad's tablet using my gmail account using the link code, an error always comes up saying "Error occured 102 please try another time" (don't remember the exact wording).

So I don't know, did supercell really unlink my account from that person's google+ or what? I've done the linking process before on my main account, going from gamecenter to google+ so I know how it works. But this is the first time I have gotten this error.

If this is the case...I am basically done with supercell support. :mad:

Why does the forum show "online" when you aren't really online. This should be fixed because it can confuse people.

The 102 error code means both device are not on the same network, 1 wifi 1 3g for example. Try tethering with a phone when you link.
