Reporting foul language in Clan chat

I agree Thin! That is what we did, invite only, problem solved!!!!

I would rather see the option for clanelders to blacklist someone instead of invite only.

This really needs to be implemented.

We have a "no swearing clan" as we have a number of school kids in it. We kicked out an abusive older member. Our clan is "invite only", but the individual (ID is "new one") keeps spamming the clan chat with abusive message using the ability to type whatever you want when you ask to enter a clan.

It is unacceptable that there is no way to deal with this type of behaviour.

What are SuperCell doing to address this please?

Gotta agree with this one. You should be able to report members of the clan who are being abusive or inappropriate. It's not like everyone in your clan is your friend. We have no idea what to expect from the people entering our clans, especially with people "clan-hopping" all the time (asking for troops and once they get them, leaving the clan) and being rude and offensive right before they leave. That behavior should be a reportable offense. Clan chat is virtually the same as global chat. Most of us don't know clan members any better than we know global chat members (at least on a personal/moral/social level). If SuperCell was really interested in a friendly and non-abusive environment they should make it as easy as possible to report an abusive player in any environment of the game.

Yes, blacklisting a player that directly violated clan rules is a great idea! I'm guessing Supercell just doesn't wanna manage the extra data inherent in keeping a list like that on the servers. They really should though.

Seriously?A mega-bump?Also no to clan-chat reporting,if they act up,kick them/ask an elder/leader to kick for <insert reason here>

Its bad enough that we have a report button on global, putting one in clan chat is a terrible idea imo, if you dont like what a member is saying boot them if you dont like what a clan is saying then leave.

Yes, you can kick them if they use foul language, but they just come back over and over again.
AQnd yes, you can put the amount of trophies needed to join higher than the one who gets kicked has, but as soon as you lower it again, being an hour later, or a day later, they will come back in immediately, and it starts all over again.

Stupid that reporting is only optional in main chat imho.

If you kick them out they will be banned for 24 hours, which is actually the same as the ban in global. Makes the reporting kind of unneeded in my mind.
