I am coming with an update idea for you to make soonly.
As far as I know, when Clash of Clans was created, the max Town Hall level was 8.
I figured out that there is big time to another Town Hall level to be added, with lots of new stuff coming with.
And I know, i'm giving too much ideas here, so you won't use them all, but it would be really nice if you added at least some of them (including the Town Hall level 11).
Here we go with the list of the update ideas i got.
Town Hall 11 upgrade level!
Upgrade your Town Hall to level 11 with 6,000,000 Gold and 14 days of time to unlock:

NEW! Electric Monster, unlock at Town Hall level 11. This brave hero is invisible until somebody steps near! He will pop-up and deal very high damage to ground & air troops, but with a small health amount, so place him wisely!
Makes no sense to me.
NEW! Decoration Storage, unlock at Town Hall level 6. This storage is able to store decorations on which the "Store" button has been tapped, without needing to loose these decorations for 10% of the price (although the "Sell" button would still be available.)

Adding Mines and Collectors level 13, starting from Town Hall level 10. 8 Mines/Collectors level 13 at Town Hall level 11 will be a great support to get all this loot needed to upgrade stuff at this Town Hall level.
Add another mine, or upgrade, not both.
Upgrade Gold Mine to level 13 (Town Hall 10 required): 502,000 Elixir, 6 days.
Upgrade Elixir Collector to level 13 (Town Hall 10 required): 502,000 Gold, 6 days.

Adding Level 12 Gold/Elixir Storages (able to stock 3,000,000 per storage): stock up to 15,000,000 of each of these resources having 5 level 12 storages.
Upgrade Gold Storage to level 12 (Town Hall 9 required): 1,000,000 Elixir, 4 days.
Upgrade Elixir Storage to level 12 (Town Hall 9 required): 1,000,000 Gold, 4 days.
Another storage level would indeed be needed for TH11
Something new with Dark Elixir! Store up to 300,000 of this resource with the level 7 storage, to be bought for 4,200,000 Elixir and 7 days in time at Town Hall level 11!

Larger Camps, get up to 325 troop spaces with the new epic 65-placed level 9 Army Camps unlock at Town Hall level 11 for the enormous sum of 13,500,000 Elixir and 15 days of waiting!

Go for the loot with level 7 Goblins! 12 days and 9,000,000 Elixir to research, their DPS increases to 55, HP to 85 and training cost to 200. Although they can be trained in a level 8 (max-level) Laboratory, the storage space required to fit the Elixir that is needed for the upgrade requires Town Hall level 11.

NEW EPIC air troop! Unlocked at Dark Barracks level 7 (requires Town Hall level 11), the 80 Dark Elixir-costing Ghost takes up just 3 spaces. With 20 DPS and 120 HP at level 1, Ghosts are best used in large groups. They will target Air Clan Castle troops if these are here, else they will attack buildings starting from the buildings with lowest HP up to the highest HP building, so they attack the Town Hall when everything other is gone (Ghosts don't target Walls). It gets 2 levels for start, the level 2 is 30 DPS and 150 HP with 100 Dark Elixir in cost and 40,000 Dark Elixir to upgrade.

NEW EPIC hidden hero! In defense, the Electric Monster costing 150,000 Dark Elixir to build is hidden until a troop comes near and destroys any ground and air troops very quickly! He has very low life, so make sure he is protected from attacks of large groups of Barbarians/Archers/Minions as he deals Single Target damage. Very good against strong troops like P.E.K.K.As and Dragons In attack, he must be protected of Single-Target Inferno Towers and high-damage defenses. Unlocked at Town Hall 11, there are his stats. (He has no ability, but you may add one if you want to add this hero.)

Level 1: DPS: 650, HP: 500, Regen. Time: 30 minutes. Favorite Target: Any. Damage type: Single Target. Targets: Ground & Air. Movement speed: 18.
At the next levels, and this up to level 20, his damage increases by 2%, health by 2,5% and regeneration time by 2 minutes. His upgrade to level 2 cost is 100,000 Dark Elixir and is 10,000 Dark Elixir more by each level up to level 18 (upgrade: 260,000 Dark Elixir). Upgrade to level 19 costs 280,000 Dark Elixir and to level 20 300,000.
