You obviously don't understand casual farming. If you are playing the game enough to be able to push it up to gold/crystal and stay there, you are not casual farming, you are just plain farming. Casual farming is going to just go wherever the defensive wins/losses take you. Right now, that seems to be around 1200 cups.

By my definition, casual farming = 3- 5 attacks per day.
Anything below is doing CoC when you are bored.
Anything above is plain farming.

Anything above 10 is a serious player, with the seriousness tending to go up as the attacks go up.
At least, that's my opinion.

TH8s can can go wherever the defensive wins take them which could be 1400 trophies in Gold, if the townhall is centralized. If you put the TH outside, maybe 1100-1300 trophies.

th8 with 100m GG...I farmed that in a week and a half

Those dragons that struggle to 3* th8s with lv6 ADs...
Those dragons that cost over 300k before spells.
