I am not sure if this is the right place for this thread, but I just want to share my frustration, and the biggest mistake I have made in my life. I have started playing Clash of Clans about a year and a half ago, and like everyone here, I loved the game . I spent many hours per day clashing, warring, and having fun with my clanmates. After the air sweeper update, I could not log to my account ( and I guess many people were having the same issue as well), so I waited for the fix to come. When it did, me and a couple of my friends were not able to play the game when using wifi, so I contacted SC support, and I did create a couple of threads in the problems & bugs section of the forum. The forum community was so nice, and everybody was trying to help...everybody except Supercell!!
I received an email from Supercell asking me to check some basic staff like the memory of the devices ans so on. I Replied that I have done everything I could, and nothing works. Then they sent me the same msg again!! ( Like if they did not even read my previous message). After a couple of trials, I finally got the ultimate msg: "we cannot do anything to help. There must be something wrong with your ISP".
Now, even if I doubt that my ISP would block clash ( right after the update), i went and checked with them, and like I expected, it was not their fault.
So now, I am in the situation where I have spent thousands of dollars worth of gems on a maxed base above 4000 trophies, but I cannot play the game using wifi ( 3G still works), and Supercell has done nothing to help ( from their replies, I can tell they barely read my messages). If a company does not care about the crashes of its own game, and does not care about its customers who spent money on their products ( let alone people who did not), then why Should I care? That's why I decided to stop playing the game. It was basically a fun experience ruined by a careless support.
The only advice for all of you who might wanna start gemming: know that if you are in trouble, it does not mean that SC will necessarlly help.
Note: plz don't move this thread to problems & bugs as I am sharing a frustration, and not the bug itself ( which is already known).
