Refusal to fix deliberate design flaw

I'm a bit upset about accidentally spending about $20 worth of gems by miss-click.
So, I came here to inform Supercell that they should fix this "design flaw."

I was just reading the ruled out suggestions and I noticed that this suggestion has been ruled out. That's why I put "Refusal to fix..." in the title. Even though, I still think people should be warned about the problem and that Supercell should be pressured to fix it.

I put "deliberate design flaw" because we all know it's deliberate in order to maximise profits. Supercell are not the only business to practice it. It's a consumer rights issue and I think laws should be imposed on companies that practice it especially once they are aware of the problem and refuse to fix it.

As far as mitigating the damage of the "design flaw." I advise players to leave their gems in their achievements until they want to use them and cross your fingers and hope Supercell fix the problem.

Would you care to explain exactly what you are talking about? I have never misclicked something and spend or bought gems so I am completely confused about what your so called design flaw is.

I don't know what he is talking about either, gem use always involves a confirmation.

If he really lost real money, he should contact supercell. There are legal protections. However, if he has quoted the purchase cost of free gems from the game, that's misleading.

Yes, I *really* lost money. Along with probably 100,000 other people. What would be better than a refund is if Supercell fixed the problem.

I don't believe I can make it any more simple than I already have. What are you asking? Exactly how I am miss-clicking? That's a question you can answer yourself. How do you miss-click and accidentally spend gems?
It seems to me you want some detailed graph of how miss-clicking happens...

We know how mis-clicking happens but as there are confirmation buttons for almost all of the clicks involving the buying and using of gems then it is hard to understand what your beef is.

If you posted which bit of the ruled out ideas your problem comes under then maybe we could be more sympathetic and offer better advice.

How about..
I tapped on lab, I tapped on Golem, I tapped on 60k de, i tapped on.... etc

Simple. no rant no ♥♥

This happens sometimes with the barracks. I use the same army composition all the time so I train the troops I need and click next to go to the next barracks and sometimes accidently click the gem button to finish them instantly. Yes sometimes its not that much but its annoying to lose those gems
