It occured to me that I could produce nothing but archers non stop all day long, search out Bases that had an exposed Town hall, kill it and reap the trophies and the $$ that goes along with getting a successful attack all the way to the champion league.
I would obviously get crushed when getting attacked but over a few days could I not do this and just rake in the $$ and dark elixir?
When I had enough cash and dark elixer, just drop trophies again?
This requires extensive amount of hours being online, and endless searching for THs outside because there's a ton of other people doing the same. In other words, this is a horrible way to approach champ league....
At a certain point, there will no longer be these bases because everyone is trophy hunting.
I''m guessing this strategy wouldn't get you past 2100 trophies. If you're relying on unprotected town halls, that is.

This is true. I got lazy during my clan's trophy hunt and only searched for TH's outside and once you get into Crystal 3 and above, the number of THs outside drastically decrease. Sub 2000 is great for finding them. 2000 and up, well good luck getting to 3200 just on this method...Quote:
