Tl;dr: To be able to stop the jump spell effect after placing it so that troops cannot use it backwards. (The button to end it would be smilar to the hero ability button.)
Whenever I go to war I always include a jump spell since it funnels troops to get into the core, it's really useful. However, there have been a few cases where the supporting troops lock onto a building that is behind the troops that act as a meat barrier so sometimes these meat barrier troops finish off the buildings that are closer to the core first and thus when the supporting troops end up their duty they find themselves with nowhere to go so they go out of the core USING the jump spell. Once all troops were inside, if we could accelerate the jump spell timing so its effect ends we could be adding a new factor in the attacking strategy. There'd be a button similar to the hero ability button in the jump spell cell so you could end it up as soon as you wanted.
