One cheap composition would include goblins which could benefit from a jump spell. Say you find a base with all the resources in the middle. Voilá! goblins jump over all the unnecessary walls and you get all the resource. Thus a profit.

It goes against common sense and the feel of how the game should flow to go to the goblin map, troll an already won (or loot filled) base with unwanted stuff, and likely go through the whole 'You Lose' screen, spending time to deploy-dump stuff.
Either have spells droppable, partly refundable, or allow for limited spell donations.
I already talked about a spell donation idea before that didn't seem OP, but will save people the spam, unless someone is interested.
Yup.. kind of have to agree with that.
The issue I usually have when posting ideas is not so much people saying 'it stinks', but just getting enough to call it good or bad based on the forum's point of view. And no, just because people "didn't find it interesting" and it sank down several pages, does not mean it is a bad idea. There are several examples were it takes luck with who is online, and if the forum is being spammed currently, to get info on a good idea viewed and be active.
I've since stopped posting the usual topics that annoye people and get shot down (and post semi-rare ones that annoye people :p), so I don't run into the issue of an idea getting 'killed' very often. :(
I need info. Flat lot of good it does me to get a poor response on something. Think of the problem like a base to raid. If I send some troops exploring traps out (assuming resetting), and they disappear, it does me no good! If I see them make a good run for it and not set anything off, then that direction works. If traps go off and take then out (akin to killed ideas), then I know to not go in that direction.
In short, I don't mind killed ideas. And others shouldn't either!
If we knew what to do, we wouldn't be asking questions and thinking about the problem, now would we? Mistakes and 'failures' are not useless, unless you don't learn from them. Thankfully, we can make a lot of mistakes here without too much of a cost, and if one idea makes it through, it is a huge win for everyone!
If you're just trying to change one spell for a war attack, you aren't going to dump all your troops, train a goblin army, use said spell, then train your entire war attack again
I really don't know why people are bashing this idea, super cell has created a great game with a terrible, clunky UI that requires way more clicks than required to do the most basic tasks. Just let us dump spells from the SF page! How hard can it be? If they can't figure that out, they need new developers.
Seems a reasonable request....
.... although, personaly, I have no problem offloading my excess zaps. ..... :)
True, but I had to change my attack strategy, because I'm not on the game 24hrs a day scouting my target I had to change it with 35 seconds to go for my last attack. When I went to dump the jump spell on goblin map I came back with 20 seconds to go, gemmed my rage spell and when I loaded the war map, I had to scroll up for the target and just made it in with a few seconds to go...That was just lucky.
This isn't an idea, its common sense and was obviously overlooked when they added a new function to dump troops.
You think you're going to get moderator for acting like you know what SC wants or needs? lol Eh? lol...People like you are what keeps this world from improving, and we all know what happens to them in the end ^^.
