Every war that I'm in, there's usually a lvl3+ dragon just waiting in their cc ready to sizzle my precious hogs. The video I looked up taught me how to deal with cc troops, but not specifically a dragon. Any ideas would be much appreciated!!!

Bring 2 witches with you in your clan castle, distract the dragon with a couple wizards, then while the dragon is distracted, launch the witches. While the dragon kills the wizards, the witches will generate a bunch of skeletons. Once the wizards are killed, the skeleton have already been generated and will distract the dragon while the witches keep pelting the dragon. The witches will generate a never ending wave of skeletons, so the dragon will always be distracted. The witches will eventually kill the dragon:cool:
Many great war clans use this strategy to kill clan castle troops.
This. But if you can't get witches bring 2 wizards a couple barbs and about 15-20 archers. Use barbs to lure away from base use barb to distract dragon then drop archers in a circle around dragon with a couple wizards (not grouped). Should kill the drag in no timeQuote:

If your using a GoHo attack I found a great way to deal with a dragon. Lure it to where your going to drop your Golem and let it latch onto the Golem then drop a few Zards behind it. Makes life really easy now I hope they have a Dragon in their CC.
Instead of 2 witches just use 15-20 archers save some space. Dragons are ease to deal with
dont use wizards to distract. That is silly. Waste of troop slots. Use archers
