Please get rid of the flags of countries, and refund the money to those who have them in their base and bought them. The reason I suggest this is that people are requesting flags constantly, Supercell will never please them.
So my idea is that we would replace them with the following:
Flags with color(red, yellow, green)
A bench??
A clan decoration that displays the clan shield.
And other decorations that would be fun to have.
And what do you think would happen if they did do that? We would get thousands of complaints that they took out their flags, and countless requests for them to bring them back. It's a self-defeating idea IMO.Quote:

If you think a refund will satisfy people on this matter, you are mistaken. People are passionate about their countries, and giving them back what few dollars it cost to buy the flag would not make up for the fact that they can no longer proudly display their flags ingame.Quote:

I would make a templated response for flag requests that tell them to check out a dedicated thread on the currently known issues with flags... if only I knew I wouldn't be triggering automatic spam blockers and not get reported as a spammer. :straightface:

But it does remind me of how some of a game's graphics files are stored. When playing around with a level editor for Half-Life, they had sets of files that batched image files into one 'library', for everything to sorted model skin pictures and terrain features. There was a terrain file for a specific area of the game, so all you needed to do was just load that one file, and not need to load all the game's graphics images into memory.
For flags, you could easily have a flag library, which is all the images of a game's flag into one file... You could theoretically render all the flags as one flag, just by showing all the parts of the file at once. :p
