iOs account lost due to ipod sold

So i had a coc account on my iPod but i deleted everything on it and sold it. Before i sold it i had my account linked to another account i also linked it to my brothers android phone but then i deleted my account accidently from game center and now there is a whole new account on the same game center but now i want my old account back so i still have my account on my android account and i want to link it to my new iPhone but it says that i cant link a linked device. So please if someone could help me it would be great.
