Hide traps for everyone, discourage spying.

during one of my clan's wars, one of the members of the enemy clan requested to join and we accepted unsuspecting. it is impossible to check if he is in enemy team, because only if he is included in the clan war team you can find out, if any other team mate joins, there's no way of knowing.

later after few mins, he says he got screenshot of all our bases! . that's a huge tactical advantage for them now, knowing where the traps and teslas are placed gives a huge advantage, especially for hoggy attacks.

so,I suggest hide traps and teslas for all to see, including clan mates.. if anyone wants to see our base, let them be trusted enough to share it via Facebook or something.

um.. that would be a disadvantage for your clanmates. they wouldn't know where your traps are, and therefore, can't help you in designing your base and setting up traps.

i suggest you do either one of the following:

1.close your base during prep and battle day
2.set your clan to invite only, only accept people you know or people you chat with in global

it is the simplest and most effective solution to prevent spies in your clan during war.

Tip: Be more careful with who you accept. Close your clan for war. If you need to recruit, don't war for a day and get new clanmates. My clan hasn't had a problem with spying for ages.

I believe clan leaders should have the option to 'hide' war bases from spectators.

That would put an end to it.

Has nobody thought of having fake bases? have a base set up for prep day that has the traps in a different location, then just before war starts switch it back to how you normally have it, they attack thinking they know where the traps are and they screw up

why are you recruiting during battle day? if they join during battle day you only have yourself to blame

No, not a good solution. As the previous forumers have said, it would be impossible for war spectators to plan more carefully and help the lesser-experienced war members to win defenses.

Also, like the others, CLOSE YOUR CLAN during Prep Days.
