Ways to incorporate selective clan mail

Okay so this will be my third attempt at typing this so bear with me here if i get off track at tims. So time and time again myself and multiple clan mates have said there should be a way to choose who you would like to send your clan mail to instead of only an option to mass mail the whole clan. The reasoning that we believe there should be a method to choose whom you would like to send the mail to because its very hard to put together a conversation with the leaders and elders to strategize when you have the rest of the clan trying to have their normal side conversations. I wouldnt say do a completely seperate live chat for elders and up because it will get abused too often and no one will want to be in the normal chat or global trying to recruit. Thats why a selective mail option would be crucial to have for the co's and leaders that way we can work together to perfect plans before revealing the full plan to fellow clan mates. yes i do realize there is probably already been a thread close to this but i couldnt find anything spesifically about clan mail only chat options so i started a new thread. Please keep me inform on any suggestions or comments anyone might have.
