Every clan clan must have a storage.clan will get a war win bonus.and only a leader will have that access to the storage.but leader cant take resource from clan storage without the permisson of co-leaders.but leader can distribute resourece when a member of that clan needed. By this leader will be able to hire strong players for war .please think about this.
