[Suggestion] Disallow Opposing Clan War Players From Joining Your Clan
Hello all, I am currently in a clan with around 20-30 people in it. We take the clan seriously and it is closed, but we do accept nearly anyone in the clan as long as they aren't rushed or really low level.
Here is what happened:
A member of the clan we are up against right now in war (it is still in preparation day), left their clan and requested to join ours. One of our elders, seeing that he was pretty good and not knowing he was from the other clan, let him join. He then scouted our war bases looking for where all the traps are and also scouted what was in our clan castles for defense then left and rejoined his clan.
Now, I don't know if he will be allowed to attack in this war since he left but he now has information about our war bases that he could be sharing with his clan mates. My clan could potentially lose this war now due to this player sabotaging our war efforts.
Obviously, we are at a disadvantage going into the war due to a simple, honest mistake one of my clan mates made. What I want to see implemented into Clash of Clans is disallowing a person to leave their clan and joining the opposing clan during preparation/war day. If that is too difficult to do, then perhaps disallow players from joining a new clan at all for 2 days (enough time for a war to pass) if they quit during preparation/war day. Not only would this discourage players from leaving during war (and screwing the clan out of 2 attacks), it would stop intelligence sabotaging like mentioned above.
What are your thoughts?
