Introducing My Troop Ideas!
I've wanted to post a suggestion idea for so long but I don't have an idea yet... But here I am, suggesting a new troop type. Before you read this, take note that this idea isn't from the Ruled Out ideas section.

Siege Weaponry!
Description: Siege Weapons are only used for offense and are built from and stored to different Army Buildings!
The Siege Factory
- This building takes up a 4x4 tile spacing. You can only build 1 of this.
- This is where Siege Weapons are built. Currently it only has 3 levels.
- It is unlocked at Town Hall 7 and can be constructed for the cost of 1 000 000 Elixir (Army Buildings cost Elixir to build/upgrade). Its 2nd level is unlocked at Town Hall 8 at the cost of 1 500 000 Elixir. Reach Town Hall 10 to unlock its 3rd (and currently its final) level and upgrade it for 3 000 000 Elixir!
Appearances:Level 1
- The building's foundation is made of stone that looks like a level 2 Wall. Its roofing is made of straw with some holes to make it look old.
- The outside (near the bottom corner of the building's 3x3 tile space) has cobblestone flooring with parts of a disassembled Ballista placed on the right side of the outside area.
Level 2
- The holes on the Factory's roofing is now sealed with rags taped onto the straw roof.
- An anvil (like the one seen while upgrading a Hero) appears with a Builder's Hammer on top of it.
- The disassembled Ballista parts are now changed to those of a Trebuchet.
Level 3
- The straw roof is now made of "terracotta" and its foundation is now similar to that of a level 3 Wall.
- All the other forging tools that are seen while upgrading a Hero are now seen on the building's outside area. All these tools are placed on the left side opposite the disassembled siege weapon parts.
- 4 Crates (probably containing some of the disassembled parts of the three Siege Weapons available to be built in the Factory) replaces the position of the disassembled parts.
Siege Factory Level 1: Ballista
- The Ballista is an ancient missile-launching weapon that is manned by two Barbarians that look like level 6 Barbarians. Don't worry, you don't need to unlock the level 6 Barbarian to build this.
- This weapon has only 2 levels at the moment.
- The attacking method of a Ballista is by launching longer X-Bow Bolts toward a single target. It deals splash damage within a small radius upon landing.
Details:
- Upon deployment, it has a 2-second invulnerability because it has to activate first.
- The Ballista would be slower than a Barbarian King but faster than a Giant. It is very tanky and has a very long range. The downside is that it has a blind spot that is 1 tile longer than the Mortar's blind spot (which is 4 tiles).
- Its fire rate is slow and takes about 5-6 seconds before it launches another one. At level 1, the X-Bow Bolt is colored magenta, similar to the color of Elixir. At level 2, the Ballista now fires 2 arrows at once and the bolt's color is now colored golden and has a short tail that sparkles golden particles.
- Since at level 2 the Ballista launches 2 bolts of arrows, they only deal the most damage at the building it was targeting, the splash damage (or the bolt itself that doesn't hit its initial target) deals half or 25% of the normal damage it deals.
- Its Housing Space is 30.
- It deals a large amount of damage; enough to one-hit a level 1 Army Camp. However, it targets Defensive Buildings first before any other building.
- It can crush up to 3 consecutive Wall pieces (like how a Wall Breakers destroys those Wall pieces) by simply running over them. But it cannot crush level 9+ Walls unless it is upgraded to Level 2 in the Laboratory.
Favorite Targets --- Weaknesses:
- Defenses (Damage x4) --- Nearby enemy troops; Inferno Towers (Damage x2)
Siege Factory Level 2: Trebuchet
- Like the Ballista, it is a catapult that hurls explosive projectiles toward a single target. Its splash damage radius is very small and can only damage nearby buildings when the projectile (commonly explosive shells) hits the center of the building's cluster (much like how the Artillery from Boom Beach damages a cluster of buildings).
- Like the previous weapon, the Ballista, it has 2 levels.
- This catapult is manned by 4 level 6 Barbarians instead of 2 from the Ballista. Again, you don't need level 6 Barbarians to be able to build this weapon.
Details:
- Like the Ballista, it also has a 2-second invulnerability upon deployment.
- Its speed, HP, fire rate and DPS is similar to the Ballista but it lacks the ability to crush Wall pieces.
- The weapon's major downside is that since it hurls objects far away, it has a very long blind spot.
- At level 1, it hurls gray stone shells similar to that of a level 1-3 Mortar (except that its splash radius is smaller than that of a Mortar). At level 2, it now hurls the stone shell that a level 4-5 Mortar fires but its explosion upon landing is similar to that of a level 6+ Mortar.
- Its housing space is 30, similar to the Ballista.
Favorite Targets --- Weaknesses:
- Defenses (Damage x4) --- Nearby enemy troops; Inferno Towers (Damage x2)
Siege Factory Level 3: Onager
- Similar to the Trebuchet, it can launch projectiles and hit a specific target. However, unlike the Trebuchet, it does not hurl them from very far distances. Its maximum range is 14 tiles and its blind spot range is 4 tiles, similar to the Mortar.
- The Onager only hurls rocks instead of explosive incendiaries/projectiles.
- Like all other Siege Weapons, they are manned by level 6 Barbarians. The Ballista is manned by 2 Barbarians, the Trebuchet is manned by 4 and the Onager is manned by 5.
Details:
- Like all other Siege Weapons, this weapon has a 2-second invulnerability in order to activate itself.
- Unlike the other 2 weapons, the Onager doesn't have wheels; once deployed, they only stay there unless it is upgraded to is maximum level, where it gains wheels.
- The Onager has 3 levels. All of which look the same but at level 3, the weapon gains wheels, 6 wheels.
- The housing space, unlike the other 2, is only 20.
- At level 1, the Onager looks like a medium-sized catapult manned by 5 level 6 Barbarians that hurls small chunks of rocks toward the enemy's fortification. At level 2, the Onager now gains metal armor plating at its front and now hurls boulders instead of small chunks of rocks. At level 3, the Onager is now manned by 6 Barbarians and now gains 6 wooden wheels. The iron armor plating is painted gold. The ropes tied onto it are changed to metal braces.
- It has a very high health and DPS but moves very slow. It deals splash damage and has a slow rate of fire.
Unique Ability:
- Like the Balloon, its death animation is exploding and dealing splash damage around the radius of 3 tiles. The Onager deals more damage than the Balloon. However, the exploding death animation only happens at level 2 or 3.
Favorite Targets --- Weaknesses:
- Any --- Nearby enemy troops; Inferno Towers (Damage x2); High-level X-Bows
The Siege Garage
- The "Army Camp" for Siege Weapons. It only has 1 level right now --- which means you can only build one of each weapon per battle.
- Total Army Capacity is 80. 30 (Ballista) + 30 (Trebuchet) + 20 (Onager) = 80 total Garage army capacity.
- Its appearance looks similar to the Siege Factory's foundation: The main building and the outer area. If the garage is empty, the lights inside would be turned off and the outer area will be empty. If there are Siege Weapons inside, the lights will turn on and the outer area will be filled with the weapon that finished first in the factory.
- You can only build one of this.
- Unlike the normal Army Camps, this has a higher HP than a level 1 Army Camp (which means enemy Siege Weapons cannot 1-hit it).
- This takes up a 4x4 tile space instead of the normal Army Camp's 5x5 tile space.
- When the garage is empty, the inside of the building will be dark. When it has weapons in it, light will glow inside.
Troops' Downsides:
- You cannot donate these troops to your clanmates.
- You cannot have these back if they survive.
