This spell is not absolutely as overpowered as BBCOC said. Because it has duration time and small affect area. It's also take spell slot like other spell. It will open many new about the tatical.
The attackers can make far away mortals fire weaker, then their troops have more chance to survive. Or make the wall were broken easilly by the wall breakers...
Also with the attackers, the defenders will change defend groups, or defending towers not close to each others..
