Hi. Sorry If anyone said this before. I would like to create the spell, that could decrease the level of building and CC troops by 1 level or 2 level.. (depend on its own level). Certaintly the affect is on enemy building and cc troops which is in the circle. So what do you think?
What?!?! NO!!
Level 1 CC Archers being downgraded to inexistence (level 0) because of the Level-decreasing Spell? No!
Level 4 Mortars being downgraded to level 3 and use Level 4 Archers to take it down? No!
Just out of curiosity what clan are you in that gives you a lvl 1 archer for CC troops?Quote:

- Here is something I define: about level decreasing spell.
+ The spell have 4 tiles by its radius.
+ Affect in 25 seconds at any level.
+ Affect on defender's buildings (included Walls) and CC troops only.
+ Level 1: decrease by 1 level.
+ Level 2: decrease by 2 level.
+ Level 3(maximum): decrease by 3 level.

So... cover the opponent's base in "level decrease spells" and make it into a basically 1-2 th lower base with a few extra defenses? :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:
