new hero

I have an idea for a starter hero for TH3 name greedy goblin when built it has a 10k gold and elixir storage with it that is how it levels up fill both in raids it keeps what it obtains In combat. Level 5 special ability same as the other heros spawn units of course goblins will be spawned
Attack level 1 -65 defense level 1 -70 speed level 1 - 110 description ... oversized goblin that enjoys his money a little to much - picture green goblin in a throne resources all around drinking elixer and a plate of cookies ... which is actually gold. If this is desited to be use I would like to know if it is possible to be compensated with 1000gems?
