2 questions...

Good morning.... Attached is a screenshot of a base I know ive seen before... either in a video, or screenshot... can anyone help me find the name? Or other info?

The second question I have was when you guys are faced with these engineered clans, where they have 10 or so maxed bases and 10 or so town hall 3 very basic bases, how do you go about it as a clan? The top heavily outweighs my top end, but the bottom isn't going to do much...

I was thinking about going bottom up and seeing how far we could go with 3 stars...
