Buying troops for war.

Not only would it be beneficial to the player, supercell would gain mass profit off of it..
Think of all the times you had to attack in war when no one was on to fill your request? A few dozen? You would never find yourself backed into a corner.

Interesting idea - if it were to be considered it could only be through payment such as gems.

However that being said I disagree with the idea, because clan wars is about clan versus clan not class versus class - Clan wars determines how well players attack but also how well the clan works together as a whole team, how efficient / organised they are etc. By creating this fast track cop out type of thing you eliminate that type of factor in a war.
