Clan perks

I have a few ideas here. Please comment below and give me feedback :)

Suggestion #1: Add a clan perk that gives you gems. Maybe at lvl 15, each war you win, you get 5-10 gems (every player if they get 1+ stars in that war). Then maybe at lvl 20 it goes up to 10-15 gems and so on!

Suggestion #2: Make it easier to lvl up (clan levels). I know it gives you guys more time to make updates and add more perks before anyone reaches lvl 10 clan. But it is way to hard to lvl up. You could also make it so you get more xp. Also you could make it so you can get xp other ways. Such as someone buying it with real money, using gems, using gold, or something else.

1) why would supercell give away more gems for free? you already get them on your base.

2) It is meant to be difficult. If everyone leveled up fast, we'd all be lvl 10 immediately. They might as well assign lvl 10 perks to every clan and take away the clan XP. This just sounds like you want the challenges of the game handed to you rather than earning them.

The point of making the clan xp to level up so high is that it is a challenge and shows dedication in a clan to receive the war perks faster. I don't think Supercell will add anything that clashers can do to speed up gaining clan xp other than events such as their double clan xp event that they had earlier in April.
