But still Leaders or Co-leaders can override the Opting In/Out feature by just adding them. They have to make an excuse on why they're Opting Out of the War or else they'll still be added to War. You're taking the game way too seriously, buddy. Opt Out just doesn't mean they're out. What if they said they're joining the War but forgot to Opt In? Most people are like that because they're not usually used to using the Opt In/Out feature. Some seriously Opt Out but since people who are into the wars but never Opt In are greater than those you never actually Opt In but are also out, the Leaders believe they are into the Wars too but forgot to Opt In. That's why they have to make an excuse why they're Opting Out.
heres me thinking out, meant out, when according to you out means sod all, and opting in or out of war is just a pretty colour scheme. how am i taking the game seriously? by not putting someone in a war who opted out?
but you say they need an excuse to be kept out of war? are you are telling me i'm taking this too seriously? it sounds like you are
the whole point of the opt out is to say you are not available for war, it is a huge bloody message saying i don't want to war, so i have to opt out with you and then say hey guys i'm opting out of war just in case you are stupid enough to add a player who has opted out of war
we get this all the time and when they ask why was i left out of war i tell them "You opted out" then they opt in and the problem goes away.
I see your point. I think the simple solution is that in the next update, SC makes it so that if someone is 'opted out' then they can't be put into war by the leader/Co-Leader. This makes it so if they are accidentally opting out but want to be in it, they might still have time to switch before they start the war. Because if there are 9 people who want to war and the leader would normally just pick someone, but now they can't, then they actually have to find someone who wants to war.
I think this would solve your problem.
no my problem is the warlocked players that join my clan, they are no use to me and i have to kick them, so if someone was opt into war and ended up in a war they should be obligated to stay in that clan instead of leaving, but if they opted out of war its not their fault is it
