This is not single troop it is a pack of troops namely a male skeleton ( function same as barbarians ) and a female skeleton (function same as Archer ).

STATS :

Cost : 1 DE
Damage : same as low level barbarians and archers

Usage : single tap on spawnable area deploys troops in couple i.e skeleton barb and skeleton archer

Sounds like it could also be a spell to raise dead troops, troops could lose 2-3 levels.

Maybe allow witches to summon archers?
