Can't load because of update effect, now someone stole my account

Dear supercell staff, mods or senior member, 1 weeks ago until now my account can't open because of updates, at december 2014 i switch ios to android, then i always play on my android, so i forgot all about ios, when coc updates to 7.65 i can't load, and 2days before coc update to 7.65.5, my village accidental replaces to th 1, but now my village layout already changed, and make new clan sc base (#ROVCJVYR), so someone stole my account, my question is:

1. Can someone help me to trace, which country and cities that my account played right now?

2. What should i do now?

i really needs help from all of you
