Frozen Royals (during war)

Has something changed since the update? Our teammate was attacking his target in war tonight and we noticed both royals were frozen on the defending base. The queen didn't move at all, and the king didn't move until our teammates pekka started hitting him lol. We figured it might be a random glitch however, my base was attacked later on and my queen was also frozen as she was destroyed. In both attacks, they appear frozen from the start. Please look into this. If u need anything further (video, screenshot, user tag, clan details etc), please let me know.

I have also seen Pekkas standing next to a TH and just twitching back and forth, not hitting the TH once. Then, they just turned around and started hitting the wall. Insane.
