GoWiPe

This raid is a very powerful raid, useable at Town Hall 8. Below, I will have the setup that works best. Note: I am not a Town Hall 8, but I do know the ideal GoWiPe. You should send in the Golems first, to absorb some damage. Then you use P.E.K.K.A.s to clean up. Follow through with the Wizards. Below is the recommended troop composition (sorry that I didn't know the levels).

Gowipe has been leaving golems stuck on walls for me. I use pekkas and I have a few hogs to take down teslas. I do 1 golem, 4 pekka version gowipe if I think I know the teslas, no bombs in front..

The only purpose of the Golems, honestly, is as a meat shield. They have an added benefit of being pretty strong.

Pekkas break the walls and Golems follow them. Alternatively you could plan out the path Golem will take, and "guide" them along with WBs. Highly dependent on the base. Some bases don't even need Pekkas, just Golems and Wiz.

Mine are upgrading to level 5, until now I have found them useless...

You can use whatever wizard level you have. Try to use ones that are at least level 4 though.

GoWiPe is a ultimate Giant+Healer

On G+H, even if you kill every defense of the enemy, Giants can't destroy the rest of the buildings.

So you bring Archers, but if your Archers die, you won't three star neither.

Then what you do: you drop Archers where they won't die.

Now, what is GoWiPe? GoWiPe is protect the Wizzard game. If you protect your Wizzards, they have enough damage to clean up the enemy base, if they die, no three stars for you.

What is Golem? A tanking unit that follows defensive path.

What is Pekka? A tanking unit who follows normal path.

Protect your Wizzards/AQ and enjoy the 100% three stars GoWiPe.

I've found 2 golems 3 pekkas 13 wizards 6 wallbreakers 1 archer 2 heals and a rage works really well. It has gotten me 3 stars on underpowered Th8s and 2-3 stars against high level th8s. I've also 2 starred 2 Th9s with this strategy.

i regret not upgrading my Golems to level 2 before I moved up to th9 (only troop i didn't do + mins) since my golems are weak, i use 2 heal, 2 rage, 4 PEKKAS, 21 wizards, 5 wall breakers and either giants or hog riders to draw cc, i send in a giant to draw, couple wiz to kill the cc, then drop giants with wall breakers following suite, and Pekks behind them followed by heroes, with this comp i 3 star maxed TH8 bases easily and 2 star beg/mid TH9s

eventually i will upgrade my golems, however for those of you who have weak golems, this strategy doesn't work too bad
