Low Elixer wall upgrade day

As well all know if you are maxed and upgrading walls with gold it can be expensive and time consuming. What if we could get a random event that would give lower TH 4-8 the ability to upgrade walls with elixer. As we all know wall grinding is a painful part of Maxing out.

So what if supercell gives us the ability to upgrade walls with elixer randomly. We wouldn't know when it's coming it would be a random maintenance break at least once a month where you could use up your elixer that you have stockpiled because you aren't able to use it for anything else.

I know last time we had something like this (after the last update) it helped me out alot because I have 6 million elixer and nothing to use it on. Even though it was a "mistake" it was an awesome one for upgrading lvl 7 walls to lvl 8.

would destroy the economy, nobody could raid elixer anymore
