lost my village

Please guys help me. I dont remember my first account and now everything is lost, this is to sad. Pleas help me to get it back. I send an email to supercell and i am waiting. Does exisist any way??

Sorry for you, sadly there's no other way to get your account back than contacting Supercell, unless you remember your account details.

I remember some of the details like name of village, level, clan name, town hall, i dont know ehat to do.

Sure open a clash account hit the cog icon > help and support > contact us.

Once you have sent the mail to support , be patient , Supercell will contact you . They get tons of mails from players everyday so it may take a little bit of time for them to reply.

What happened to your ticket system that was email based? It seems ridiculous that the only way to reach Supercell is by creating a new iOS/Android account and then contacting through the game.

No you cannot. This is a common misconception among new players however, connecting your village to facebook does nothinh but to give you a list of your friends that have also connected their game to facebook.

The sure way to protect your account, as most people here would tell you is to connect your game to google+ for android and gamecenter for iOS.

i cant connect to google+. i have google+ account.when i try to connect it it says "google play services,which some of your applications rely on is not supported by your device"

Huh thats weird... Why wouldnt your phone support google services. Well that could mean alot of things. But i suggest you go to the in-game support. They will gladly help you. Launch clash of clans, in the settings tab there's a button below that says help and support. Go there.
