What to upgrade at town hall 8

I have just got town hall 8 a couple weeks back I have my defense caught up and I need to know what to prioritize my upgrades on..

War Clan: Offense (all barracks/ dark rax/lab) first then AD then splash then point.
Farming: Splash with AD then point with offense.

I am a new TH8 too

this is what I am or will be doing

storage.... offense... traps (because they are fast to upgrade)...
AD's ...tesla... AT... WT... then ground defense
