How can I speak with a live agent @ apple?

I never got the gems I purchased and Problems & Bugs isn't answering..

and just go to itunes support, i think

January. I made multiple threads on it though with my other forums account, still no reply.
Getting really mad. And cannot find it there.

Totally false.

OP you don't need to speak to anyone - just click the link in the email invoice that Apple sent you "report a problem" or suchlike your refund will be instant.
