Why is the Air Sweeper Necessary?

Hogs are definitely not dead. They may not be viable against a TH10 especially with multi target infernos, but they are alive and well from TH7-TH9, generally speaking.

I couldn't agree more with your post. We need more offense, especially at th 10 (I'm a 9 but its pretty obvious that defense is op at 10). It would be nice to see some decent new de troops in the next update, or maybe instead of nerfing the offense troops they could nerf inferno towers.. WHAT? NERF DEFENSE? UNHEARD OF! I'm kinda sick of these little updates here and there like the skeletons, extra traps, faster archer towers firing rate, smarter defense ai... its just annoying. I just don't want the game to be boring by the time I hit th 10.

That's the problem, it's fairly easy to 2 star, 3 star strategies are being killed off. 2 stars is way too easy, 3 stars way too hard.

You should not be able to 3 star max bases unless the design is really bad or you get really lucky. I don't know where this expectation that max bases should be 3 starred came from.

If the same thread is constantly being made doesn't that tell you there's something seriously broken with the game right now , defense is way to overpowered now with these update changes not jut with air sweeper but also how the ai troops behave now aswell



Also the guy above , there should be a way to 3 star max bases if u do your attack right it's what makes the game fun and challenging what's the point of having max troops if they can't get a 3 star , the whole fun of the game is about defence v attack smart defences against smart attacks and right now the defending is way easier and too OP

Can someone show me where I was being derogatory? I said you've probably never seen a very high level attacker use hogs. I'm not talking about experience points because anyone who puts enough time in the game can be a high level experience wise

I meant a high level attacker as in someone who's an elite level war strategist

You would make more of a point if you had a single thread with many posts, plus it keeps forums cleaner.
Maxed bases can still be three starred, but it is supposed to be hard to do it. Bases that practically give away two stars just to prevent the third also have to have some value right? Whats the point in designing a good base if anyone who just does a half-decent raid three stars?

Lol I joined a new clan 2 weeks ago and the level of gameplay is so different. The last clan I was in was a more casual clan that didn't know about thehulkfiles and OneHiveRaids. I was the only one doing shattered LaLoon war attacks while everyone stuck with GoWi variants

Now in the clan I'm in, I'm seeing surgical hog, HoLo, shattered LaLoon, HGH, etc.

No one in my old clan used any other composition than GoWiPe or GoWiWi because they thought all the other troops were useless

All I meant was not everyone is part of a clan with elite level war strategists. I've seen attacks using valks, loons, hogs, and a golem all mixed together. Attacks that don't have a popular name...just people truly tailoring their armies to each specific base
