I think it is a forum request -- there is nowhere to edit our own user names on the forum, I think.

Yes I think so too.. I have checked everywhere and cannot see anything about changing it.. will keep searching!

I have put in a request to support and the reply told me someone here had to correct it. Thank you everyone for trying to help me. I don't know what additional information someone needs.

Did they mean someone their end had to correct it? did they say if they were going to resolve it for you?

I wonder if they meant one of the moderators has to do it. I am pretty sure we can't do it ourselves (but I've been wrong before, lol).

If by here they meant forum then yes it would have to be a MOD, theres only a couple around at the minute, I don't have a list of them but someone else reading this might be able to provide you some names

I only know Cricks who is on vacation and Menhoc (not sure if I spelt that right) who I think is around. you may have to PM one of them :)

It can't be changed. I asked to change mine and was told by Cricks unless it was a name that was offensive, intentionally or unintentionally, it cant't be changed. Sorry.

I suspect you could but then your email address you signed up with would be linked to the incorrectly named account. (you cant use it again as it'll say email address exists) If they only have 1 email address it might be annoying to then have to sign up with another provide to get a new one...

We can see what the MODS come back with D2 has PM'd them, if SC Support have said it can be done but a MOD has to do it then I don't see why that would be incorrect
