Same things going with us. Clan name -: "HERE FOR BEER" (#9LVOJPJ9). All clan members are unable to access their accounts. Whole clan crying and things going ugly now. I mean, it's really stupid that none of us can't even login and clear the chat/clan description or kick someones out. It's been 24 hours now and we're still waiting for a solution from @Supercell. If developers won't take it seriously, I damn sure..They gonna loose loads of android users and revenue :(

We have released a new build for Android to address these issues; it's not visible yet in the GooglePlay store but it should be so in a couple of hours.
Please check your Google store later and update Clash to version 7.65.5 as soon as it becomes available

hi Anoushka, how about my cased, my account still TH 10 or become TH 1, during "the accident" because of can't load, can u check for me? thanks

That sounds like a "normal" lost village case? Was it connected to Google+? Did you contact Support yet?
If the village is lost (not just a crashing/won't load issue) and it was not connected to Google+ then only our Support team can help. Through this new village, go to Settings - Help and Support - Contact us and include the exact name of your village, TH level and clan name (XP level if you remember too)

Our whole clan just got the new update 7.65.5 and The loading problem issue has gone. We are really happy and All 50 members says, Thank you to Anoushka @Supercell for making us happier than ever. Thank you very much :D:thumbsup:

even though the method i used to fix my issue works now, should i still download the new version? its not available yet but to others it is.
