Need Help, Any Android Users?

​I posted a thread last night regarding this issue http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...ll-please-read! It seems to me that a majority of my friends that are on ANDROID can't load our villages. I checked facebook and not all , but a good amount of people are getting clash of clans has stopped working...

Does anyone know what the turn around fix on this is? I cant play or havent been able to since last night. And it seems IOS is unaffected... But some andriod users are as well.

But to sum it up. Last night I was playing just fine until 7pm Arizona time, when i noticed I got an error message that looked like this.

Can anyone provide any feedback as to what we need to do in order to resolve this?

I have tried everything! I tried
uninstalling the game, clearing the data/cache, even called googleplay and they said its on supercells end and not theirs. No amount of troubleshooting is fixing this error.

Anything helps, thank again!

I think its a profile issues more so then the game, for some reason it wont load my village threw google +, tried this on my tablet and same issues happen as well.

Me & more than half of my clan have android and no problems at all. Maybe this is related to region/account

so freaking weird..... I mean all my friends this is including 20+ ppl on andriod cant get on, and are having the same issues. supercells lack of response is just frustrating.

Report it through in game support and tell your friends to do so. Although I think supercell is aware of it by now and we they have a fix, they will release it. Hope you get to your account soon :)

I'm on Samsung Galaxy S5

my OS is still kitkat (I think that's 4.4.2)

did you update to Lollipop already?

have you tried reinstalling?

have you tried changing Runtime?

We released a new build that fixed most of those crashes and the loading loop. However, our crash reports tell us there are some players facing similar issues and we're still looking into it

Ty for the response. So all we can do is wait im guessing? The error message i posted above seems to be affecting a lot o random android users including myself. I dont remember downloading anything recent aside from the air sweeper update. So for now we just wait?

try going to the app info and press 'clear cache', works for me
