Use Valks in the exact same way as you use Pekka..

The only difference between the two troops is their preferred target (oh, and the spring trap point). Valks prefer bunched up targets and will go for a location where they can hit two buildings at the same time. (Make a slightly wider funnel for them)

Though your statements are generally correct, Valkyrie are different than PEKKA in use. Its a subtle difference I grant you but especially if your running a HoVa or VaLo (hogs or loons) style attack that isn't a variation on GoWiXx, then they are used differently. Valkyrie are more specialists, they clear out clustered buildings, skeleton traps, and CC troops far easier than PEKKA. Their fast but their lower housing space that means at most levels they can't sustain the brunt of point damage defense, while really a PEKKA does fairly well at that.

At first I was going to argue more, but most of what you say is pretty true - I just think saying that these 2 troops are used the same is oversimplifying their differences
