newest update problems

I updated my game and now I can't open the game I keep getting the error message unfortunately hayday has stopped super cell needs to do something

If you haven't already done so, turning your device off completely and then re-starting it can often solve all sorts of issues. If you have already done this, try it once more just in case.

I have done that several times now and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 10 different times and it still don't work I really am getting mad about it and super cell does nothing

Perhaps giving more specific information would help. For instance what type of error message, what does it say? What device are you playing on, what operating system, etc.

Yeah I tried that and I have 1.5gb of free space on my phone so still not sure what to do

Have you gone into GooglePlay and updated the game in the last week? There was an optional update to fix crashes. We weren't prompted automatically to update (I think because the crashing didnt affect everyone) so it was easy to miss.

Yes the optional update is the one I'm referring to I updated my game cause I was one with the crashing problem

If none comes, (and you can't open your game to use the in-game report system obviously), you might try sending an email --

I don't know what sort of response you can get from emailing but it is worth a try, in my (uneducated) opinion.

this probably has nothing to do with it but I do actually get this issue on & off on my IOS device, it can sit there for ages and not load then say that its unable to connect to the servers? I assume this is what the OP s referring to.

IF I then connect via my home wifi connection not my phones it let me in. after a little while I can disconnect from my home wifi and carry on via my carrier network on my phone.

Not sure if it'll have anything to do with it but if you haven't tried connecting to a more powerful source of Wifi (not just using your phones own internet) please give it a go, worked for me! if not id still be sitting there now...watching that same screen

Edit - and on cue as I wrote this my game kicked me out and said server not responding! *Shakes Fist* Grrrr lol

I play on android. I know that "unfortunately (app name) has stopped..." message quite well, but usually from other apps not Hay Day. I have got a couple of them recently using Hay Day but relaunching the game or rebooting sorted it for me. With other apps, my next step would be to clear cache, or uninstall, re-install. Or give up on that app and consider it a server problem on their end! :) But we cannot, will not, should not, dare not give up Hay Day. :)
