If you haven't already done so, turning your device off completely and then re-starting it can often solve all sorts of issues. If you have already done this, try it once more just in case.
I have done that several times now and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game about 10 different times and it still don't work I really am getting mad about it and super cell does nothing
Perhaps giving more specific information would help. For instance what type of error message, what does it say? What device are you playing on, what operating system, etc.
As I said the message I keep getting is unfortunately hayday has stopped I am using a HTC desire610
Thank you for clarifying that. We are very short on moderators at the moment, and the support team does not monitor these boards, so we're just trying to help you in whatever way we can.
Forgive me, I know nothing about Android, but did find this on the support pages. I'm sure you've already tried it, but just putting here just in case:

And that was from this page:

Yeah I tried that and I have 1.5gb of free space on my phone so still not sure what to do
Have you gone into GooglePlay and updated the game in the last week? There was an optional update to fix crashes. We weren't prompted automatically to update (I think because the crashing didnt affect everyone) so it was easy to miss.

Is this the update that you are referring to in your thread title?
Yes the optional update is the one I'm referring to I updated my game cause I was one with the crashing problem
Someone else is reporting the same thing: http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...-open-it/page2
We need an official Supercell response here, I think. :)
If none comes, (and you can't open your game to use the in-game report system obviously), you might try sending an email --
hayday.feedback@supercell.com
I don't know what sort of response you can get from emailing but it is worth a try, in my (uneducated) opinion.
