Two villages, but lost one when new phone activated

Can some please help!! My son started his village on my iPad which has linked to my Game Center. I started my own village on my iPhone, but his was always saved in Game Center and mine was only available on my device. Every time I started CoC I had to hit cancel so his village wouldn't load. Anyway, I got a new phone today and now I have lost my level 7 townhall village and can only access my son's village on my phone. Can anyone please tell me how I can get my village back? I have all the details of my village and also sent a help request through the app, but suspect I won't hear back for a long time. Thanks!!

By the way, I've spent a good deal of money on gems and have been playing for months and I would be really sad to lose it for good. Someone please help!

Thanks for the reply. I can still see my village in my son's clan list and it's killing me not being able to do anything! How long does someone typically have to wait for a response from the help desk?
